I’m Sarah, the creative behind F&F! But the real MVP of F&F is for sure my husband Jake - he’s the muscles behind it all

F&F came to be from a tiny little flower project on the side of my house with the help of my grandpa during one of Jakes long work trips. Now 4 years later our flower field has blossomed into something far larger than we could’ve ever imagined. That garden back in 2022 (along with JC) saved me & it’s my mission to spread the love and joy that flowers can bring. Psalm 18:19 “He brought me out into a spacious place, he rescued me because he delighted in me,” is my constant reminder that Gods always working for the good! Through all of the trials and tribulations of growing flowers, we’re reminded that we’re not here by luck - we’re here for a reason. Hoping we can share our joy with you soon!
