This is one of the most productive plants on our farm. If I’m being completely honest, I didn’t want this tuber - it was given to me by a farmer friend and I had no real expectations for it. But WOW. I regret ever having reservations towards it. It’s slow to bloom but makes up for it with tons of flowers in late summer and early fall arrangements. Big, stocky tubers. A staple plant on our farm forever.
