We have a no return policy being that we are selling perishable goods. Once our product is in your hands, it is up to you to care for it as instructed. If there is something not right with your order, please email us at flockandfleurfarms@gmail.com so we can make your order right for you!

We have a strict protocol of snip sanitation, bed and plant inspection and do not allow u-picks on our dahlias for this reason. While dahlia u-picks may work for others, it isn’t worth a risk in our field. Sanitation of snips is practiced in between varieties and if a tuber looks even the slightest bit suspicious, it’s culled immediately. You can ensure every protocol taken is to make sure you have a healthy plant!
