Due to the nature of planning and purchasing seedlings and bulbs oftentimes a year in advance, subscriptions are nonrefundable purchases. If you are unable to pickup your subscription, please let us know in advance! We’re able to label your bouquet for a friend or family member to pickup in your absence.

We do not offer refunds or returns on live dahlia tubers. Each tuber is inspected multiple times during storage to ensure viability! Each tuber is guaranteed to have a minimum of one eye and an intact neck at the time of shipping! Some awake tubers can knock a sprout off in transport, not to worry! Your tuber will produce new eyes if this happens. If you have any issues at all with your order, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order and send us photos! After the 72 hours you assume all responsibility for the products. We’re not responsible for any damage due to improper storage, planting conditions improper planting or weather conditions. Please note we’re sending you the very best of our stock and would not sell something that we did not believe would produce blooms!

We sanitize each and every snip between plants and loppers at the end of season. We do not offer any u-picks in our field to mitigate the potential of disease. While it’s a labor of love, it’s worth all of the work to ensure our field and yours is healthy. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

We’re a small farm and only offering flat rate shipping at this time. If you’ve ordered dahlia tubers, you should expect them sometime in April when my overnight freeze temps have lifted and so have yours!
