Flow & Fleur was the first ever event we hosted last summer and it was so magical! I’m SO excited to have Morgan Dominique in to host her yoga flow August 1st at 9AM!
This workshop begins with setting up your mat in the flower field for your hour long vinyasa power flow amongst the flowers with Morgan. You’ll then have a chance to enjoy some light refreshments before we start making our wrapped bouquets together. I’ll instruct you with some of my favorite flowers for arranging and how to put together a beautiful wrapped bouquet — a skill you can use to gift bouquets to family, as a hostess gift or just for yourself to enjoy!
